The products are ordered through the shopping cart. The contents of your shopping cart is always visible on the upper right corner of the webshop. All the prices include VAT.

Quality products deserve quality deliveries. The expected delivery time is 2-10 working days depending on the region and shipping method. The estimates do not include the time required by possible customs clearance. All ordered items are sent at the same time. The delivery services are provided by Posti. You can select express letter as the shipping method for small items, otherwise the goods are delivered as an express package (EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE).Both shipping methods enable a fast delivery to the shipping address given by the customer. The express package delivery includes compensation for lost or damaged items. The packages can also be tracked. The delivery charges include both delivery and packing expenses, but exclude possible customs duties. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs in Finland are free, outside of Finland from 12 € to 25 €. You are entitled to free shipping, if your order totals over 250 euros.
In order to ensure the high quality of the products we manually check all the items before sending. However, it is still possible that your product is faulty or you otherwise want to return or exchange it. You are entitled to return or exchange an item within 14 days after receiving it. You will be refunded the shipping costs, if the product has been faulty or you have received something you have not ordered. In other cases we will not refund the shipping costs.
In case you want to return an item, please first send us an email to jutta.kuure (at) taigacolors.fi indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you the instructions how to return. Remember that if you want to return / exchange a flawless product, it should be in flawless condition also when we receive it.
